Working within the Creative Services department, I built and developed ad units that would be trafficked across the SNI Network (food.com, foodnetwork.com, hgtv.com, travelchannel.com, diy.com, ulive.com). In addition to this, I built out sweepstakes for the network including the highly-publicized HGTV Dream Home contest. In addition to my daily duties, I also assisted in rebuilding the ad modules for the Food Network and HGTV site redesigns.

As part of the vw.com team, provide site maintenance and development on new sections of the site. Worked closely with our partners at Crispin Porter + Bogusky to design and develop new materials for the site. Helped to develop scripts to prep for translation and also developed methods to externalize site tracking technologies (Omniture Site Catalyst, Google Analytics, DoubleClick). Primary tools used at this position were Dreamweaver, Flash CS3 and Photoshop. Primary skills included XML, mySQL, PHP, JavaScript, Ajax, and ActionScript 2.0/3.0.

I was the graphic lead / project manager for a major aftermarket training program for the automotive industry. I was responsible for the development of Flash templates and creating standard documents. As part of this project, I managed a group of graphic artists to interpret the company’s vision for this product. Tools used for development included Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Flash MX 2004, ActionScript 2 and XML. Additionally, I used Excel and Microsoft Project to manage my program and keep track of budget, hours spent and tracking progress. By implementing a template-driven learning system, I managed to help the company save money by reducing development time.
